A.O.R. Nerf Bars
Maintain maximum underbody clearance and protect your Toy's rocker panels at the same time! A.O.R.'s burly weld-on Nerf Bars are made to withstand constant trail abuse that wimpy bolt-on bars just can't handle! We've got 'em for '79-'04 trucks and '84-'89 4Runners. AND A.O.R. Nerf Bars are available in both finish-welded and cost-saving U-Weld-It versions.
A.O.R. Nerf Bars weld to the frame in four places on each side.
They not only protect your rocker panels and help you slide over rocks and obstacles, but they act as steps, too.
Check out the unique curved leading edges on our 4Runner finished nerf bar (above left). They extend protection while still maxing clearance. Above right shows the new bang-for-the-buck U-Weld-It design.
Both designs feature the same burly construction that's detailed below. And both work with or without a body lift!

tough Nerf Bars' main rails are made from burly 1-5/8"-diameter, 1/8"-wall,
steel
tubing.
On finished nerfs, the loop bar is angled upward to enhance underbody clearance and offer good side protection, too. U-Weld-It nerf bars can be angled any way you like.

The
fame-mount plates are 1/4-inch steel. And the webbing between the main rails is made
from 1"-diameter, 1/8"-wall tubing.
Nerf Bars will be shipped unpainted except by special order.

A.O.R. Tube Doors for '84-'88 Trucks and '84-'89 4Runners
A.O.R.'s unique, new Tube Doors offer maximum visibility on the trail. AND they're incredibly easy to install and remove! That's especially important if your state requires stock doors for highway travel.
CHECK THIS OUT: You leave your stock hinges and latches in place. And you don't have to rob any hardware off your stock doors. Unbolt your stock doors and bolt up the Tube Doors in exactly the same place. Four bolts per side. It's that simple.
A.O.R. Tube Door main bends are burly 1 1/2-inch, .120 wall tubing; the diagonals are 1-inch, .120-wall. The spring-loaded latch features a padded tab to prevent rattles.
Tube Doors are shipped unpainted and without arm pad except by special order.
