All you Trail Hounds are gonna want put the bite on a set of  A.O.R.'s new BONZTM shackles. They're beyond beefy! All BONZTM are CNC Plasma-cut from 2" x 3/8" hot-rolled steel and gold-zinc electro-plated for rust resistance.

                       

Replacing your stock spring shackles with longer ones is a great way to gain suspension lift height and increase axle articulation (wheel travel).

And BONZTM look cool, too.  H-Style BONZTM even have slicko go-fast holes! 

             

On the practical side, the BONZTM shape allows extra front-axle articulation by increasing clearance around the front body mount horn. See photo above right.

Our most popular BONZTM provide 1 inch of lift in the H-Style rear  BONZTM shackles provide 1.5 inches of lift.
front springs and 1.5 inches of lift in the rear.
Rear Gold BONZ - RSR7988600
Rubicon-Style rear BONZTM feature 2" x 3/8" hot-rolled steel.  These shackles add approximately 1.5 inches of lift (shackles are 3 inches longer than stock).

 

 Grade 8 and grade 8.8 bolts are standard with all BONZTM Shackles, and all BONZ can be ordered with or without greasable bolts.
H-Style Gold BONZ Front Gold BONZ - FSR600
Orbit-EyeTM springs require special wide BONZTM (right). Front BONZTM shackles provide 1 inch of lift.
Beyond beefy 2" x 3/8" hot-rolled steel construction.
Finished in gold-zinc plate for rust resistance.
