BELOW and RIGHT:

Terry Dick's Dynatrac Dana 60s sport 42" Swampers on MRT 36-bolt beadlocks. The plan:  5" A.O.R. Orbit-EyeTM springs, Gold BONZTM extended shackles, 3" body lift and Rock Crawler fiberglass flares to allow max flex for the massive meats. Remote-reservoir Bilstein 9100s will control the jounce.

Orbit-Eyes require their own special hangers that are wider than stock. A length of brake line (or some straight equivalent) helps position the mounts straight and true.

A.O.R. doesn't do many in-shop buildups and we don't do 'em fast. We have to work them in between fabbing the custom parts you see in the Online Catalog. But feel free to call us if you want an ultimate Toy and have a little bit of patience!

Above left and right show before and after adding the new A.O.R. 5-inch-lift Orbit-Eye springs and BONZ 1.5-inch extended shackles. That's our most popular setup--even for massive meats like Terry's 42" Swampers.

Chief Fabrication Engineer Jack Bones added the burly gussets. All those go-fast holes aren't just for show. Jack tells us that the holes actually strengthen the gussets.

You can get Orbit-Eye springs with Orbit-Eyes in one or both ends of the springs. For daily drivers with big tires, we usually recommend Orbit-Eyes only in the solid-mount end of the springs.

A.O.R.'s most popular rear springs are 5" longer than stock. You just weld on the A.O.R. mounts exactly 5 inches forward of the stock mounts. You don't even have to remove the old mounts. They don't interfere with the longer springs.

Notice how the Orbit-Eyes keep the spring pack parallel with the axles even under extreme flex!

This custom through-the-bed shock mount rig was necessary to allow maximum flex from the
