How to Order

Our simple-to-use online ordering system is completely secure.  We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover online.  Just follow the simple online instructions.  You'll be able to view, modify or even cancel your order at each stage of the order process up until you enter and verify your credit card information.  Click HERE to go to the Online Order Form.

Our Privacy Policy: No third party can view your credit card number or any other personal information as you order on our secure server.  Our shopping cart system uses industry standard SSL encryption.  And Fortson Communications, Inc. will never sell, rent or otherwise reveal your name, address, email, phone number or credit card information to anyone else.

You may also order by phone: 970-257-0872 9 am to 5 pm Mountain Time on weekdays.  Please have your credit card ready when you call.  If you leave a message, please tell us a good time of day to call you back.  Money Orders and checks are acceptable, but we'll have to wait until your check clears before we ship your order.  Sorry, no CODs.

Shipping: Your HelpMePhone^TM will normally ship within two business days after you place your order.  We'll call or email you if there's an unexpected delay.  Our shipping and handling fee covers our choice of parcel post, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.  Overnight or second-day shipping is available at extra cost and by special request. You may request special shipping on your online order form or via email or phone.

Our Guarantee

Fortson Communications, Inc. guarantees every HelpMePhone^TM to be free from defects in materials and 911-emergency programming for 60 days from date of purchase.   If your HelpMePhone^TM malfunctions or fails to reach a 911 dispatch operator from a location where a similar but activated cell phone reaches 911, Fortson Communications, Inc. will refund your original purchase price or supply a replacement HelpMePhone^TM, so long as the defective HelpMePhone^TM is returned within 60 days of purchase in its original packaging and accompanied by a copy of your order receipt.  Any abuse of the HelpMePhone^TM and/or any attempt to modify or change its programming will void this warranty.
